Chloe is a chef, recipe developer, food stylist, and supper club host based in LA, but originally from the UK. Chloe very much cooks with seasonality in mind and is inspired by European farmers markets, but most importantly, California produce. Chloe's food is vegetable-forward with the occasional protein or fish taking center stage.
She studied at the Italian Culinary Institute in Calabria, Italy, and has been recipe developing and working as a freelance chef full time for the past 3 years.
