Vintage cotton pajamas 

I have all the best pajamas in the world thanks to a Vogue story I wrote years back about expensive pajamas, but at the end of the day, I always reach for this vintage cotton mens pair I bought at a thrift store in Delaware. 

Decaf cappuccino with cinnamon 

No one told me switching to decaf would make me feel 10x calmer. And I would say no one told me about the cinnamon thing, but I had an ex-boyfriend who was obsessed with the idea and always gifting me bottles of cinnamon at inopportune times.
